I don't know; every year i get told i've under paid, I request your current price list so I can understand what i'm paying for so i can compare to other providers, every year I fail to get this fabled price list as it is 'complicated', and so the cycle starts again. I had a price list when i signed up,and I haven't changed my payment, or been informed of the price changes, so I assume that it's all fine. Pretty sure I was originally paying for some sort of yearly financial heath check/review, but thats never happened, so, I *might* under paying but also not getting the service i paid for, so I guess that evens out in the long run. Or possibly it isn't a service you do any more, I have no idea what I'm paying for or what i should be recieving for how much. Not having a clear charging structure or be able to communicate that isn't really filling me with confidence if I'm honest. – How would you describe us overall?

  5. Lately I have been receiving junk mail which I would like to opt out of. I am also receiving a duplicate copy so I get two lots. Maybe your fees could be more competitive if you didn't waste monies on duplicated marketing material plus postage....... – How would you describe us overall?

      Hi James,
      Good to speak with you today and I am glad we have resolved your concern around 'junk mail'.
      As discussed we do not send any postal 'junk mail' and this was simply an invitation to renew an important insurance policy. The 'duplication' occurred as we have to send this letter to each company rather than just one letter to you personally.
      i am delighted you are now happy and so glad we could easily resolve your concern.

  24. Evans & Partners offer an excellent professional service. They are very quick to respond to any queries or advice we have needed over the many years we have been with them. Evans & Partners go much further than just just producing a set of accounts for HMRC. They offer sensible professional advice, business planning and always come up with an answer for us on various projects that has challenged us as a business over the years. All work for us has always been carried out on time. I would not hesitate to recommend Evans & Partners to any new business looking for an accountant or any business looking to change their accountant. – How would you describe us overall?
