  3. good recruitment and staff but High staff turnover, difficult to communicate with (Nobody is ever available when I call) and focused on service but not client focused. More providing a process and function than adding value and understanding client business needs. Not very consultative. – How would you describe us overall?

      Great to speak with you today and I am delighted that you have confirmed you are very happy with the business advice you receive in your regular quarterly reviews and would have scored this service as 9/10.
      You have confirmed you provided a lower score for advice received outside of these reviews and I have been able to address this by registering you for our free weekly newsletters which provides news of changes to tax legislation etc during the year.
      I am sure you will find these newsletters useful and so glad we have been able to resolve this area of concern for you.

  12. I have been delighted with the absolutely first class professional service provided to me this year by Diana Britton. Diana contacted me this weekend and explained the use of the digital portal. On Monday she answered my question about a detail of my accounts and tax return immediately and then very clearly explained how I can approve my return and accounts online. Bravo! You offer excellent value for money. – How would you describe us overall?

I don't know; every year i get told i've under paid, I request your current price list so I can understand what i'm paying for so i can compare to other providers, every year I fail to get this fabled price list as it is 'complicated', and so the cycle starts again. I had a price list when i signed up,and I haven't changed my payment, or been informed of the price changes, so I assume that it's all fine. Pretty sure I was originally paying for some sort of yearly financial heath check/review, but thats never happened, so, I *might* under paying but also not getting the service i paid for, so I guess that evens out in the long run. Or possibly it isn't a service you do any more, I have no idea what I'm paying for or what i should be recieving for how much. Not having a clear charging structure or be able to communicate that isn't really filling me with confidence if I'm honest. – How would you describe us overall?

  21. Lately I have been receiving junk mail which I would like to opt out of. I am also receiving a duplicate copy so I get two lots. Maybe your fees could be more competitive if you didn't waste monies on duplicated marketing material plus postage....... – How would you describe us overall?

      Good to speak with you today and I am glad we have resolved your concern around 'junk mail'.
      As discussed we do not send any postal 'junk mail' and this was simply an invitation to renew an important insurance policy. The 'duplication' occurred as we have to send this letter to each company rather than just one letter to you personally.
