I am not happy with how our account with you is being conducted .. Deadlines for returns are not being executed in a cohesive way to ensure that suitable time is agreeable to both parties. If we do not follow up on unanswered queries we will not receive a response! .. this quite often leads to a knee jerk action rather than a considered and informed approach – How would you describe us overall?
