Performance has generally been good however the service has been a little slow this year. My accounting year ends on the 6th April and Heidi (who I understand has left) was always very prompt with preparing my accounts. This time around It has now been 2 months now since April 6th and my accounts still haven't been done and I wasn't/haven't been officially informed that A) Heidi has left, and B) who my new point of contact is. – How would you describe our performance overall?
