Hi Ben,
Thank you for speaking with me yesterday and I do empathise with your frustrations around some of the Xero functionality. We have raised this with Xero and they are aware of this particular issue.
I am delighted you confirmed that Matt has been 'super helpful' and he will continue to work with you to resolve this problem.
I have addressed your concern internally around our communication of staff holidays etc and you now have my direct contact details , should you have any future issues contacting our team support in the absence of your client manager.
