Lately I have been receiving junk mail which I would like to opt out of. I am also receiving a duplicate copy so I get two lots. Maybe your fees could be more competitive if you didn't waste monies on duplicated marketing material plus postage....... – How would you describe us overall?

    Hi James,
    Good to speak with you today and I am glad we have resolved your concern around 'junk mail'.
    As discussed we do not send any postal 'junk mail' and this was simply an invitation to renew an important insurance policy. The 'duplication' occurred as we have to send this letter to each company rather than just one letter to you personally.
    i am delighted you are now happy and so glad we could easily resolve your concern.

    Thank you for replying to our survey and so sorry you feel you are receiving too much 'junk mail'.
    We monitor very closely any marketing mail we send to clients and I will investigate this today as we have not changed our policy and you report a recent change to this mail.
    I will also check the duplication and will 'opt' you out of any future marketing.
