The service is always quick, friendly and competent. On the downside, I only get exactly what I ask for rather than a traditional full service and for this it's expensive. As an example of the comparative cost, my daughter asked for a quote to prepare her tax return and ended up using my wife's accountant instead as she charges less than half of the Evans quote. – How would you describe us overall?
