you could be more reactive than proactive but I also admit to not coming in to see Faye so also my fault. There is money in our business account slooshing around that we may need help with. – How would you describe us overall?

Emailed invoices would be much better. If the printed ones are muddled up with documents and we're away they simply don't get noticed. I need step by step instructions. Even "Payment must be made to Accounts Office" is too wooly for me! The service is OK, but get things in early for the tax returns we seem to run a bit close to the final date. Assumptions can sometimes be made about my accounting understanding. – How would you describe us overall?
