Emailed invoices would be much better. If the printed ones are muddled up with documents and we're away they simply don't get noticed. I need step by step instructions. Even "Payment must be made to Accounts Office" is too wooly for me! The service is OK, but get things in early for the tax returns we seem to run a bit close to the final date.
